On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to:

Review and critically evaluate the scientific literature within the discipline;

Conduct independent research, including defining research questions and developing research methodology;

Manage time and the project with autonomy and efficiency, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders;

Generate, manipulate, and interpret data relevant to the discipline;

Analyse and explain the broader scientific and social aspects of research in their chosen field;

6.

Effectively present the research project orally, graphically and in written form.
