COREQUISITE: Completion of 18 credit points from CHM3 units. These units can be completed prior to or within the calendar year of the CHM3980 enrolment (or across two years if applicable).

PREREQUISITE: You must have achieved a 65 average over three level-two or level-three chemistry units or; special permission from the unit coordinator.

This unit is a laboratory based and performed at a university overseas. The unit has flexible contact hours however, it is expected that you will undertake the required laboratory hours within a 5 week continuous period in the laboratory overseas. How this time is committed can be discussed and developed with the supervisor. Further information on the running of this unit will be communicated via the Chemistry 3rd year Moodle site.

Laboratory work is expected to be completed within a continuous five-week period. There will be 72 hours of self-directed study during the enrolled semester.
