Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to:

identify and explain the benefits and challenges of comparative criminology across Europe; and between Europe and Australia;
2.
discuss and analyse practical and theoretical insights into the criminal justice system across Europe, including the impacts of the criminal justice system in multiple European jurisdictions and possible policy solutions;
3.
conduct and communicate independent research using a range of sources and applying theoretical concepts relevant to comparative criminal justice;
4.
collaborate in a group to deliver a presentation and design a piece of visual communication.
