This unit develops your intercultural competence and provides you with skills and attitudes to successfully manage multicultural teams in a variety of professional settings. You will have to complete a series of modules focusing on different patterns of communication involved in multicultural teamwork. In addition, this unit provides strategies to enhance the ability to connect with people across similarities, as well as to adapt and adjust across differences.
