On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to:

describe you own practices and experiences of health and wellbeing situated in the larger
national/international context and meanings

demonstrate academic and research skills in order to evaluate health information

create a resource to demonstrate contemporary knowledge associated with foundational health
practices with an educational intent

reflect upon a health and wellbeing framework or practice to demonstrate an understanding of
