On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to:

demonstrate an understanding of the purposes of insolvency laws and how they operate in relation to individuals and corporations

identify, explain and apply legislation and case law to the operation of insolvency administrations and situations

develop skills in problem solving and analyse legal problems relating to insolvency situations.
